The “Reflect, Release, Revive Mother’s Day Wellness Retreat” offers a safe space for women coping with various challenges related to motherhood, such as loss, strained relationships, or triggering emotions on Mother’s Day. Activities such as guided meditation, yoga, creative writing, and a support circle provide opportunities for healing and connection. After a beautiful sunset on the ranch we will end the the retreat by a symbolic act of writing down and burning something negative during a bonfire to represent letting go and embracing renewal. This event will be held at King Wellness Ranch 5479 Fearnley Road, Lake Worth Fl 33467 on May 12th from 5 PM to 8pm. This retreat promises a nurturing environment for reflection and growth.
