A native Floridian, married with two children both of whom are grown and self-supporting. She retired from the School District of Palm Beach County in December 2011 after working in The School District of Palm Beach County as a teacher and an administrator for 35 years. Previously, Dr. Butler taught in the Denver Public Schools as a teacher for three years after receiving her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Colorado Women’s College/Denver University. Her post-graduate degrees are a Masters in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Butler’s total years of experience as an educator equals to 38.5 years.

Yvette empowers others through motivation, education and their transformation, so they are successful in their life, career, and business. Johnetta "Jae" Wilson is a teacher with over 30 years of academic experience in teaching school from grades six to first to owning her own preschools. She earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Florida Memorial University and her graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Barry University. Johnetta first became interested in entrepreneurship when she made designer pot holders which she sold for $5. These early beginnings have lead her to own two preschools and an educational consulting company.
